This area which we believe is Bountiful is exactly east of the Nahom tribal area. The Book of Mormon says that Lehi, Nephi and their families went east after burring Ishmael in Nahom. These areas were unknown to the world until the 20th century. How could Joseph Smith have known about Bountiful and Nahom in 1830? I would like to know?
