@GreenDragonSage I come from Australia, and a gunshot victim would get free medical care. So, thankfully, would a rape victim. Effective psychiatric help for Palin, however, would probably break the national budget.

Would a gunshot victim not have to pay for hospital bills? it's tricky to say where we would start and end paying for people, however if paying for them was already a law, it would certainly be a nice decency to help them out...having said that, and logic aside, Palin needs to get raped and we'll see who she wants to pay for her :)
