MartyMolloy, You're quite entitled not to like this song, but your accusations of pretentiousness are off the mark. Half Man Half Biscuit are probably the least pretentious band in Britain. Furthermore, they've never been within a country mile of being "cool". As taff1976 says it is ABSURD to launch such unprovoked invective at Nerys Hughes. It's also ridiculous that most of the song has NOTHING at all to do with the ex Liver Bird
