@tashupe worst advice ever. 90° is the point at which the knee joint is at it's MOST vulnerable. squatting deeper is actually safer. Yes, it can be harder lifting from the bottom of a deep squat, but isn't that the whole point? You lift heavy weights BECAUSE it is hard. Because it will make you stronger. Squat deep, don't be a sissy.
