Nice one! Always a pleasure to see trip. Gear reviews are nice, but showing actual outdoor experiences is refreshing. Were those petroglyphs in the Coso Range of the Mojave Desert? There is a site there I've been to twice that is spectacular!

@Urbanwild1 The petroglyphs are actually from from a site near the northern Nevada border, I believe they are Pauite, but I'm not sure

I truly envy you. I would love to spend some time backpacking/hiking/camping. I have no time and living in California, a lot of the good places are too far to go for a quick trip. At least I don't know of any place closer.
