just pull out your internet stick to the computer or router/modem i would try computer first

i will try it in safe mode as the virus is very bad cause i cant get on normal mode and i already had avast installed.

ok i have avast anti virus and i try to download stuff and it says,"WARNING, A Virus Has Been Detected"...so does anyone know how i can like turn it on and off so i can download something

it means that the thing u are downloading have some virus attached to it. So I will advice u not to download it.

go to control panel then click on add remove programs look for it then uninstall it.
