This situation has been ongoing since mid February 2007.
It has been now 4 months since I uploaded this video. The situation has not improved, in fact it is worse now than it was, with the recent (ongoing)ebay botnet attack , the recent paypal/ebay security hole discussed at the falle-internet DOT de site, the recent MEGA-Hijackings (see my playlists)
Meanwhile,ID stealing exploits such as the critical XSS flaw and embedded flash object manipulations go unrepaired, and ebayu turns their attentuions to meaningless cosmetic makeovers rather than to fix the site and use some common sense and common courtesy.

Boycott ebay & Paypal.

Ebay has done everything in IT's power to conceal this information.

Are laws being broken?

IT is time for Law Enforcement and Major Media to take a long, serious, objective look at this HUGE problem.

its not fack my freind bought a crush card virus off ebay for 300$, and the guy hacked ebay and deleted the auction he even had a printed recipt and everything, paypal refused to refund the full amount, and ebay did very little to aid him

Sorry to hear that. 300 bucks is a lot to lose.

Have your friend try pp executive escalations dept, or file credit card chargeback.

And in the future, find a better, more legit site and paymnt service. Be sure to tell everyone you know that ebay-pp are not safe, honeset, nor trustworthy.
