It would be extremely helpful if the description of the video had the names of the speakers in it. I look to these lectures and occasionally wish to cite them, but I feel it inappropriate to try spell a name I don't recognize for academic citations; this is particularly true of names from languages besides my own. Not only would I likely butcher their name, but I think my work might also be slightly discredited for the same reason.
