105th Millrose Games - Centrowitz wins and Batty sets NCAA record in NYRR Wanamaker Mile

The climactic event of the meet lived up to expectations with Matthew Centrowitz making his pro track debut a success. Canada's Taylor Milne lead a pack that followed the rabbit. Centrowitz made a bold move to the front just past the three-quarter mile mark, holding off BYU's Miles Batty, 3:53.92-3:54.54. Centrowitz' time is a Armory record and Batty was rewarded with an NCAA record and a total of eight men broke four minutes.
