So Collin claims it is NOT HIS JOB to deal with Jamie's medical issues , that is the medical communities job.

But yet this asshole does not use the medical information of five doctors, except the one that works for the WCB .

Slowly but surely we will prove that this "government " agency is nothing more than a legislated abuse orgnization ... does the word Nazi SS mean anything to you?

Be very careful with medications that are prescribed as I am having problems with the medications that were prescribed and have caused me PURPURA. Rashes / Bleeding which of course WCB states isn't related to the injury. If i wasn't injured I would never have been placed on these drugs, so how can it not be related to my injury. Workers Compensation will due ANYTHING to avoid helping injured workers, they will violate WCB legislated statutes and acts, to boot injured workers off BENEFITS.

The WSIB is using destabilisation methods to undermine workers rights and will reactivate the skeletons

in the WSIB closet with the incitement of outright attacks of reprisals!! How can injured workers give evidence

This Bad Faith law has murdered and destroyed many good men and women , only because the Rights of those injured on the job are not being protected.

I am off to the public archives today to review legislative papers pretaining to this vile bad faith legislation.

Just now starting to ynderstand why I was told by a lawyer that this Law could be challenged . He told me that the WCB Act should never have superseded this NATION'S Human Rights Legislation and Charter of Rights and Freedoms.

He told me the Supreme Court had a duty to do the right thing and bring the WCB legislation up against the charter and Human Rights Act.

The appeals process is admitted by WCB to cause "psychological disorders resulting from being involved in the WCB process". That was a direct quote from WCB. They do not pay for this PURPOSELY! inflicted trauma on a person. Combine this ABUSE! with a brain injury, and the injured worker is set up for a suicide. Again it is good you are there to support him.

Your husband has Post Concussion Syndrome. It is not mental illness but can affect a persons behaviour. Depression, confusion, migraines, mood swings, anxiety, impotence, and about twenty more symptoms are part of PCS. I have suffered all of them. Thankfully the migraines that lasted for as long as four days and left me bedridden have gone, after 20 years. No man with this injury can sustain a fight with WCB under these circumstances. He is lucky to have you by his side.
