港人工作忙兼運動少,自然賤肉橫生,最易形成肚腩,而鄰近的上腹同樣災情嚴重,即日常所說的胃腩是也!胃腩成因多,中西醫認為飲食紊亂兼量多是元凶,例如飲食過快胃氣積聚­,暴飲暴食、長期進食易脹氣的食物等,甚至便秘亦能引起腫脹,形成胃腩。
