Egads, I am a noob to your videos. Is that your beau? I love yours and his accents. Oh and I don't know if you know this, but you can lose more weight and maintain your weight better if you eat several smaller portions of food rather than a few bigger meals per day.

I've heard it's best to have 6 meals per day, which I did for a while but it just became such a hassle to do. I should really do it again though, now that I have more time on my hands so the pounds can shed quicker, hehe :D
