  • ....So I had the blissful experience of driving back to Auckland listening to NO IDEA!!! Totally awesome!! It was the EP.... its on high rotation now... ..do you have those links?....

Hope all's well, NZs breaking up in places!!

    Cheers Jarad

  • @MrJamesIngle Hey Cheers!! We only played live a few times in Wellington and a couple of times in Greymouth....but maybe you did see us....

I actually returned home at Xmass and my folks where clearing out the attic and gave me a box of tapes...and in there was the gem!!

  • @NewHangUps hey that was a nice thing 2 say re : music..I mighta heard u guys coz i had bad drink prob but think I'd remember the name.

Sadly there's no CD. We released an 11 track tape in Aug '84, 'Wotsoever', engineered in a cheapish (u can TELL) Chch studio (Nightshift); then a 7-track E.P. named 'Class War' in '85, . Track 4 on side one ended up on Radio with Pictures in 1986, just before an exc. Fleshie's song I'll get the links to u asap 4 the tape & record dude.

    Ciao 4 now, James

  • @MrJamesIngle Yeah, he was about to do a Vol 2 also, he wanted the band I was in at the time to feature... we where called Avil Retards from Wellington...Gerald was a mountain...so much was lost with him....

James No Idea are such an excellent band, I love them. I made a No Idea T Shirt back in 1985 and people asked to buy it off my back.....

Is No Idea available on CD? or something, I only have an old tape...
