@gripofdelusion I too have one of these scooters and I bought it brand new and can definetly hit 40mph. Also for about 250.00 you can get an 80cc conversion kit to do about 50-55! well worth it.

I'm not sure why he says 25mph, I own one of these, I'm almost positive it's stock & I can pin the needle (40mph) as long as a I'm not going uphill.

These look good for college campus life! They look light enought you could wheel them up to your dorm room and not leave them outside. I like in Washington State so that's a big deal.

nice bikes, but too slow. Not ok for most streets here in the usa.
