I saw you needed a good but cheap brow kit and i found one that i think you will like. Its called the Milani Brow Fix Eyebrow Powder Kit .you can get it at pretty much any drugstore. it has 3 shadows(shades) in each palette. it also comes with a sponge tip applicator, a brush to apply the brow powder with, and a mini tweezers that is so cute . i love this eyebrow kit its awesome. :) hope this helped you .,
