This is MY ORIGINAL Clip of the Bastrop Louisiana Standoff on 8/10/07. A special thanks goes out to the Officials of Morehouse Parish and Ouachita Parish. Monroe Police and Bastrop police. In memory of the falling Officers from the Bastrop Police det. The Shooting that rocked Northeast Louisiana.

I was the guy taking photos at the standoff and frankly, I'm amazed at the comments of "Masarattii" given that this individual wasn't even there.

You did a good job taking the pictures and capturing images of that day. I wasn't there either but I know my own brother and that his adrenaline was overwhelmingly high and was there to get a job in which he has trained for DONE!

No person can make everyone happy. It is about the officers that responded. Their hard training and dedication. They didn't ask for this but they was trained if it did happen. That in THEORY is what they waited for.

I loved this video......Masaratii asked why, how does this song fit? She mentioned RAGE and ANGER...Every Officer, Deputy, and Agent present was filled with RAGE AND ANGER!!!!!! How dare this man take two of our Brothers from us??? Although thier hearts were hurting they pulled it together because of thier training and did what had to be done. Thanks for the videos.

Really, no one has a right to put down our law inforcement officers...Im from bastrop, I was there when that went down, Officer Wilson and Officer Smith were great officers who took their job to heart. They gave their lives to save who knows how many civilians. Were a small and close town..Officer wilson's mother is my little boy's pediatrition, And a great woman who lost her baby too soon because of monsters like that! they deserve the worst possible punishment!!

i love the song, and i do live in bastrop,this kind of stuff does not happen at all, to me being 13, this is the 1st time ive seen anything like it, my uncle terry is a police man but he was off duty, so i do thank the cops who died serving morehouse parish, because if they could do nothing, what would bastrop be with them running around?

A lot of people don't realize that a lot of these people who shoot cops share the same "all cops are pigs!" mentality as they do. The only difference being that some of them actually have committed crimes before, and some of them are just the same idiots on here who believe the anti cop hype 'cause they believe the BS their friends tell them without thinking for themselves. Kinda sucks but that's the way it's been for a long time. People need to see the world around them for what it is.
