Removal of Craniopharyngioma (benign tumor near the pituitary gland located at the base of the brain) through Endoscopic Endonasal Approach (EEA) using the NICO Myriad to pull residual tumor from the suprasellar region (area around the hollow of the skull containing the pituitary gland). The video displays the tumor removal process from initial opening of the surgical site to expanding the surgical opening, accessing the tumor where the Myriad is used to safely debulk the tumor and improve the extent of tumor resection, and closure of the surgical site. The NICO Myriad can be clearly seen in the video at time segments 1:44, 2:09 and 2:42, pulling tumor down that is hidden behind bone and drawing it into the surgical field so it can be safely removed under direct visualization.
