No, voice comm is not very useful in speedrunning. In this case it even make things worse.

I wonder how do you practice the team coordination then?

We don't really coordinate things. We just assign a route to each player (after working out the overall map strategy of course) and then everyone just go about their business. It's not like if you're playing Counter-Strike online and you have to update your strategies on-the-fly. If something doesn't go the way we plan we just restart, simple as that.
