What's a "polyphenol"? Is that the Silicone Dioxide content? I would guess that the least amount of this would be the BEST, IMHO.

@Snipefox until recently Nestle's Nestea was OK to drink. The GoodHost brand (i'm in Canada) was adding Silicone Dioxide (plastic?) to its mix. Now Nestle's adding doing that too. I think it's time to re-learn to make our own iced tea at home and not rely on the commercial brands any longer.

I have a question, is NESTEA good for you? I drink alot of it, its sooo tasty...i buy the one that comes in dust and you put it in water and it tastes so good
