as much as i enjoy this film it cud have been better, like as every fan says dredd shouldn't have taken off his helmet

Man this film is fucking awesome. Dont get me wrong, its certainly not a deep movie, and Stallone definitely was playing it large. Its totally a big dumb violent blockbuster film but its just so kick ass compared to the CGI blockbusters of today. They just dont make any films with the same kick ass take no prisoners attitudeof films like this and Robocop anymore

Judge Dredd was great and very underrated masterpiece. This movie is on the same level that Jurassic Park, Terminator 2, The Fifth Element or Aliens.

Overdone. Overacted. Corny. Should have been so much better because there are great moments. The original intent was family friendly PG-13, but the MPAA kept giving them an R. Had the studio gone for the R from the beginning the writer has made it clear he would have created a much different film.

I wonder if comic book writers could pull off a mini series where realities collied where Judge Dredd, Blade, Batman, The Punisher, and Robocop teamed up to fight and evil menace. Can you say "the bloodiest graphic novel ever"

One of the greatest action movies of the 90s. I love everything in this movie, especially Sly and Diane Lane. But in general the movie was underrated
