Realms of the Haunting prt 01

Hi, thanks to the person who gave me 5 stars. But I just had to redo the sound. it was horrible.

This is one of my faveret games of all time. I had a nasty virus recently and had to reinstall windows and fiddle around with my settings agen. So that's why the sound is so bad.

Any way, this is just the opening video. We will have to wait until next time to see some actual game play. There is a lot of video in this game but unlike most FMV it's really good and worth watching. So sit back and enjoy.

A classic game, it's a shame that no one knows about it.

@enclavebrandon3 Actually, you just have to pay attention. Alf tells you that you have to find the tower, and you can find out what that is through the notes and diary entrys. Like I said, I never had much trouble with the beggining of the game, it wasn't untill the puzzle sectoins in hell that really gave me trouble. And I really liked the story.

@drummond13 I played various old games such as grim fandago and starcraft i also played fallout 1 and 2 also plantescape torum. It comes down to prefence i just thought the plot in this game was really not developed so well and that made it convoluted i mean at the begining alef never gave me any knowledge as what is occure nor what is my goal everything is very illustive and you can only know whats going on by sheer luck. the only plauseable way to get things done is by unitentionaly stumbleing

@enclavebrandon3 Out of curiosity I just watched a little. And while he makes an occasional funny comment, some random guy sarcastically bashing the game isn't going to change my mind. Again, dude, you and he are free to hate the game. But it really sounds like neither of you play that many older games and are comparing them to modern titles.

@enclavebrandon3 I'm not sure where you get unmerciful from. Sure you have to be carful but after I figured that out I thought the game had a good dificulty curve. The Puzzles are not non-sensicle, I figured them out just fine back before I had internet. Some were a bit of a pain in the ass but that's the nature of puzzles.

The voice acting is friggen awsome for a game that old, what the hell are you talking about?

@enclavebrandon3 Wow. Where did THIS come from? It's a hard game, I'll grant you that. Games from this era were harder. Two of my other faves are the System Shock games, and they're unforgiving too. Doesn't make them bad games. And while the voice acting isn't amazing, it's Oscar-worthy compared to most games from this era. I don't know what you mean by "satickly evil". Hey man, if you don't like the game that's totally cool. That doesn't mean NOBODY could possibly like it. Calm down :)
