Solution: Heads translated the Namics employees high degree of co-determination into a radical new CI concept. Employees submit impulses via various channels that contribute to a dynamic word brand that forms the company logo. A corporate design that every one of the 300 Namics employees can directly influence round the clock, 365 days a year. Employees can submit impulses via Twitter, Spider, SMS, iPhone app or the intranet. Impulses are words that express their feelings about the company and the focus of their thoughts at any particular moment. All the formatted impulses create the Namics logo. By using the system font Arial, output to any channel is possible. Effect: The logo is constantly updated similar to the web solutions of Namics. It really is «real time corporate design».
