@schizrade You're misrepresenting what I said. My vision isn't utopian, it's pragmatic. Look, as a Muslim I know the deal. I live in the secular West and live my life according to the religious strictures that I profess. That may put me at odds with certain cultural trends conceived as 'modern' or 'western'; and that's fine. But what Fateh is doing is devising theological innovations which subvert mainstream Islamic thought. He's a knave and a schismatic.

This guy is an umitigated jackass. Fateh knows that there are myriad areas where Islam is incompatible with certain trends that are regarded as Westernised or 'Enlightened'; yet instead of making the straighforward declamation that as we live in the West, we don't obtrude on the freedoms of others but live according to our own theological convictions, he is just playing to a populist, right-wing gallery. It never ceases to amaze me to what extend Mr fatah will go to promote himself. He build a whole career on Blastamizing Islam in every way possible,yet claims to be a Muslim?!!!every time I ask a Muslim and I meet a lot of them in Toronto and greater Toronto area moderate to very conservative ALL OF THEM tell me mr Fatah is self promoting non believer. Wonder why?!!!
