Interesting to compare pacing:
This was filmed close to the three mile mark.
5k passing pace(approx)
Leaders: 14:22
This means that guys passing 3:20 after
the leaders are holding a sub-2:30 pace.
Runners passing 5:10 after the leaders are holding a sub-2:45 pace.
Runners passing 6:55 after the leaders are holding a sub-3hour pace., which is still very fast and require a lot of training.
