  • dave777blaster:

the waterboarding used by the WW2 japanese was NOTHING like the waterboarding used recently by the U. S., so you're relying on another bit of poorly researched hearsay from the left.

inform yourself and you won't be a lefty for long.

  • Mark Levin forever!!

  • @martind586 A soldier is a soldier. If anyone is sexist over this matter, they should be left ignored no matter what side of the fence youre on.

  • What if we saw a female USA soldier being waterboarded 182 times

( 1 less then the usa record )

    Would americans say..thats ok?

  • @IWantDaveKast Nobody fumbling around Afghanistan or Iraq in a military uniform is defending any of my liberties or freedoms. The only thing being defended are contractors' revenues. Our actions overseas are COMPROMISING my safety, liberties, freedoms.

In time you will realize war is a racket, a scam.

I've been waterboarded. Levine has not. No pain involved?? That is a very telling comment made by a warped man whose livelihood depends on running his mouth, promoting the military and wars.

When our government has the power and authority to say "You are a enemy combatant" without proving it first before a neutral court, it is a dangerous slippery slope because they have already used this unconstitutional measure against American citizens as well as non citizens.

  • @blackdragoness21

That's the propaganda-hypothetical example always put out there. To answer that question, if it was ok to waterboard, the FBI would have done so to get information in the Oklahoma City bombings incident. But it's against the law and unconstitutional. Terror suspects are no different. If someone is a "terrorist," then prosecute him before a judge and jury with probable cause like they did with Zacarias Moussaoui.

  • @rmccay88 And what if an terrorist attack is going to happen and the FBI has one of the masterminds? What then? Terrorists won't talk unless they are tortured. Even then, some of them won't talk when they are waterboarded.

This isn't a liberal/conservative issue. The point is we are not the Japanese and the other oppressive regimes throughout history! We are America! That is what makes this country better than others. Everyone knows the information you get from water boarding is nothing but bullshit anyway. I could waterboard you into saying "Obama is the greatest President in history!" But you and I both know that is not the case...

  • If liberals think that waterboarding is torture, they should see what the Japanesse did to American soldiers in WWII. They came up with torture ideas that makes the Nazis look amish. Or better yet, they should look up some torture methods that were used during the Middle Ages. What people did during the Middle Ages was quite scary.

  • @larryjohnny This is America, not Iran. This country was founded under FREEDOM. People's ambitions and rights are not oppressed in this country. Therefore, with a free market and competition, people can earn money to go to college. Also, there exists something called charity. Charity is where money to help the poor should go, because people choose to give their money, instead of the government forcing us to. Also, when you tax large companies excessively, they leave, taking our jobs with them.
