  • I don´t know U, mr bobbyp12141, but please be so kind and don´t wright FUCK JOE COCKER under my video. Why do U think that Johnny Winter is better than Joe Cocker? It´s different music...

  • Tommy Shannon on bass(later of SRV fame) and Red Turner on drums, I guess.

  • @ghairraigh TOO BAD FOR YOU

  • @Nepiir FUCK JOE COCKER. DEAL.

  • @bobbyp1214 When the movie came out, everyone "knew" the best acts were Hendrix and the Who. When I saw Woodstock again 25 years later, I thought the best acts were Sly Stone and, yes, Joe Cocker!

  • @othosos051955 ////Unfortunately you are correct. I did get 3-4 privileges seeing him in the 70's, he brought the fucking house down each time...BUT@ the 2010 Vermont Blues Festival// he was sad.I recorded it with a high def video cam and after seeing it once when I got home////never watched again.HOWEVER...aside from him being helped onto and literally falling into a seat onstage....his leads were NOT drowned out by anyone-they were just fewer and farther between! I paid close attention!!!

  • @Nepiir give us more of this show, it's fantastic.

  • @ghairraigh correct

  • FUCK JOE COCKER. WHY THE FUCK DIDNT THEY SHOW THIS

  • Saw this show a month or so before Woodstock at Johhny's Chgo debut the @ Kinetic Playground. He got astanding ovation before he played a note. Opened on a Strat, the 3 more tunes on a gibson, the 12-string shown here and electric mandolin, before introducing his brother Edgar on Hammond organ and alto sax. Johhny just killed. Met his drummer early '90's and asked Johnny still played "Miss Ann', and he said, "naw, man, Johnny doesn't remember any of that old stuff..."
