kneel down when you pray. Daniel did it three times a day, Moses did it, Elijah did it, Jesus also prayed on his knees. Paul , Peter etc..
lack of prayer = lack of power in life.
God gave me that when I was talking.
so pray in the morning and at night with honorable time with God.
anointing gifts of the Holy Spirit comes by kneeling in prayer.

@brooklynperson Soul, Spirit and Body. all three parts should be worked on diligently. Law of God with earth and blessing is this : honesty + diligence + meekness + no pride

Don't matter what u believe, God will not go against diligent people working hard. If a Christian isn't diligent u also will be poor. God says "you lazy and wicked servant" wickedness = laziness.

It can be a good way of acting like a 'servant' but over all, standing or kneeling makes no difference in the power of prayer, or whether or not is answered. nor does length of prayer. But Sincerity and faithfulness does. Yes prayer is important.

You said Jude 9. IT's Jude 1:20. And I have a question, does "Praying in the Holy spirit" mean praying in tongues? and how do we know this?

if you read other verses speaking in tongues is Holy Spirit praying for you. Romans 8:26

In the same way, the Spirit helps us in our weakness. We do not know what we ought to pray for, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us with groans that words cannot express Romans 8:27

And he who searches our hearts knows the mind of the Spirit, because the Spirit intercedes for the saints in accordance with God's will

I agree with Genoark. Although one can pray standing up, sitting down, and even lying down (there is nothing wrong with that), but I think as true act of humility we all should try to pray on our knees as much as we can. Even some people who fast, many at times lack prayer because they draw their attention elsewhere (internet, or tv) due to their hunger. Its all in disciplining ourselves to do these things.

After watching this yesterday I didnt think that kneeling, standing, sitting, made a difference. But I decided to try it. Every morning I go to a park near my home and pray. This time I got on my knees and talked to god. I pray this same prayer everyday at this park sitting down. Well today I actually received the courage and strength to talk to two people about christ. And one actually asked me!
