talkin to people right off the bat is hard sometimes. i hated it and sometimes still do. had to give meetings and talk in front of people was worse BUT i would have to say something that help me was karaoke, yes i said it karaoke. but ive become slightly more relaxed when having to start conversations and talk in front of people. it takes time :)
