Who would guess a little lash could make such a big difference -- but it has! You might recall last year, actress Brooke Shields helped launch a campaign for Allergan, Inc., the maker of LATISSE®(bimatoprost ophthalmic solution) 0.03%, which to-date has contributed more than $1 million to help the Make-A-Wish Foundation® grant the wishes of children with life-threatening medical conditions. This year, we're thrilled to announce that lifestyle designer Kathy Ireland, professional ballroom dancer Chelsie Hightower and style guide Bobbie Thomas are joining forces (and putting their lashes in the spotlight!) as campaign ambassadors for the LATISSE® Wishes Challenge campaign in support of the Make-A-Wish Foundation.

Kathy, Chelsie and Bobbie are excited to lead teams of LATISSE® users from across the country in an online challenge to help raise more than a quarter of a million dollars for the Make-A-Wish Foundation between now and October 31, 2010! Your readers can also get involved by joining a team at www.LatisseWishesChallenge.com and donating a minimum of $20 to the Make-A-Wish Foundation.

Kathy, Chelsie and Bobbie would love to meet with you to further discuss their participation in the campaign as well as share their lash experience. A local physician is also available for interview to discuss clinical experience with LATISSE®. Following the interview, you will be offered a complimentary consultation with the physician and a certificate for a free trial of LATISSE®, which can be redeemed for a 30-day supply of LATISSE® if the doctor determines you are an appropriate candidate for treatment. LATISSE® is the first and only FDA-approved prescription treatment to grow lashes longer, fuller and darker for those with inadequate or not enough lashes.

  • So she has essentially won the freaking lottery over and over again - first genetically, second having been picked as a supermodel in HIGH SCHOOL no less (good thing she wasn't going to school in Podunk, KS!), and then gets an offer to endorse discount consumer goods at K-Mart, cashing in on 13 years as a world-famous super model. The 'life lesson' here? Be lucky.

And to top it off, she complains about people not taking her seriously because of her modelling fame! She is a hypocite.

  • Kathy Ireland has a fur clothing range at Macys. She claims to be pro-life and campaigns against abortion but supports, promotes and profits from the vile fur industry. Animals are living, feeling beings too Ms Ireland!!!! When it comes to defenceless animals Kathy Ireland is clearly pro-DEATH!

  • Kathy Ireland supports, promotes and profits from the cruel and unnecessary fur trade.
