don't forget to mention, when you are done applying the rub on, take the backing paper and replace over the rub-on and burnish the rub-on with the transfer paper. This will ensure you have a completely sealed rub-on and keep it from lifting. I would also apply some kind of clear coat over it to keep it from peeling on something like the tape dispenser. On paper, you don't need a sealer. (You do need to burnish it with the backing paper.)
I did the flowers from the hostess pack of rubons on my cell phone, and then to seal it i CAREFULLY applied clear nail pilish over top to keep the rub on from scratching off. It looks really cool since my phone is limegreen adn white and the rubons are white on the green
