Until 2001 Alina was the better one but from 2001 onwards it was Irina, she improved while Kabaeva regressed.

both of them are really good, but after the 2000 olympics for kabaeva when she dropped her hoop, it messed her up.

@gymnasticfan Agree. In the beginning Alina was bright and I can understand why she was admired. But later she lost much while Irina was progressing fast. Love her as much as many other gymnasts: Batyrshina, Petrova, Panova, Zhukova, Serebryanskaya, Sesina. They're all unique. Why is always Alina?
