new thinking in environmental gardens videography, editing and production by elizdaffodil, rob fuoco's beach road gardens are the home of 'sharing nature ' foundation and also the site of rob's experiments in environmental gardening. these gardens bring the concept of zeriscape gardening forward into environmental gardens which have interesting design themes, utilizing native plant material and meadow flowers;. the sharing nature foundation runs programs which bring kids into contact with the healing effects of nature and the environment. the sharing nature foundation conducts programs with inner city kids, developmentally and emotionally challenged kids , and partners with many diverse groups including wheeler clinic, community renewal team, community partners in action, abilities beyond disability, hartford ywca, st joseph college and others. 'sharing nature foundation motivates people to improve the quality of life and create sense community through horticulture.'

rob fuoco is a painter and consultant on historic gardens. his his design, consultation, and management projects have included: nook farm stowe center historic grounds, butler mccook, elizabeth park, hillstead museum. et al.

  • thanks for letting me spend some time with you in your splendid summer gardens, it´s -8 here in Mannheim Germany, with a blanket of snow covering my gardens at the moment *

    we share the same naturalistic approach, working with, not against the way things grow, reclaiming, rescuing & recycling, though for me in my suburban gardens, it´s on a much smaller scale.

    Oh! what would i give to have a tranquil lakeside glade *****
