if you have ever been to a game at Madison Square Garden then you know that there is no comparison. The facilities may be nicer at "the Rock", but is that why people go to hockey games? Absolutely not. The loud intense environment of the Garden during a playoff game is one that cannot be matched.

thats why they are spending half a billion dollars to remodel and upgrade msg to match the new arenas in the area, right?

it's nice to go to a new arena, but once the whistle blows and the game ends, everybody heads for the trains...

most people. there are at least 8,000 a night that stick around and hang in the lounges/bars inside the pru center, as well as the bars around the arena. I'm one of them.

as far as I know, they'r eplaying this entire sequence at every home game this season. they have so far..

I've been to both prudential and MSG, and as someone who lives in the UK, prudential had the better atmosphere and facilities, MSG is great but Rangers fans turn on their own team to much to make it a good atmosphere!!!!

NYRNY is obviously an immature kid. Your favorite team has absolutely no say in what makes you a good person. Also NYRNY has to have the last word in everything, and as I see the argument go on, NYRNY shows how cavalleroh is better than him in every way. If you don't like the devils, don't watch this video, which is obviously about them. If NYRNY tries to reply to this, I will not answer, because I do not need to prove I am the better person to him. @icetime208 Madison Square Garden is way past its prime. I was there for a Seton Hall Men's basketball game against Providence during the 16 team Tournament and I can't even feel the excitement or energy rather in that stadium because it's so old.

The Rock is State of The Art type of arena that is built for fan, and players excitement and it just feels great to sit in those seats and the Devils fans are always Fun, Energetic, Loyal, fans who know how to have a ball at a hockey game.

Nope. But we did knock you out. So we can rub it in your faces throughout the entire season. You're the only team out of all the playoff teams from last year that literally has nothing to say to us. We ended your season.

The same way we had nothing to say after 2006, you have nothing to say now. Your building shook and rocked as the Devils shook hands with the Rangers and called it a summer.
