Love wearing this with a cute summer dress... summer is not over just yet!
Materials:
-Shopping bag tissue paper... of course! Duh! (like the red one in Sephora bags)
-Snap-on clip (as seen in the vid... every girl must have several of these lying around!)
-Rubber band
-Scissors
If you are bold enough to wear this, then rock it out, girls!

Ov, thats so cute ^^ I used to do that with little multi-layered napkinds (or what you call it), så that was just fold to it, rip the not-open-edge of, and then seperate - very fun if you are borred at some kind of family-dinner-thing :P
I hadent thought about using tissue paper for them, hehe
