Roxy is not a belivex fairy she is just a winx cause why would they make everyone earn there's and then Roxy just have them i mean seriously and blooms believex power isn't healing she got that power in season three and just because her pants have ruffles doesnt mean anything but anyone could be right so before people start arguing any more lets just wait until season five comes out

Rosy has Belivex but she just dozen have believe power. Like, one the trip to dinana or who ever the green earth fairy bloom say that foxy dozen have believex power so you know bloom healing powers are her believex power like Gem of mind tenca one so each of the winx has. Get it. Plus roxy dozen even have defence shild roxy has such little powers it still makes her a believex fairy , she could get enchanix when she say "just a dog just a dog!!!! But she didn't sacrifice her self so it could be

Omg roxy has her believix in season 4 she can't change wings with bloom because she is in expeirienced it's like blooms enchantix if it was her first fairy form she wouldn't stand any chance what's so ever against the wizards and every believix fairys transformation their outfit comes with ruffles look on her pant she has ruffles it's not her first fairy form

@Barbie616587 Yeah Roxy's transformation in the show actually her standard/original winx transformation, not her Believix. The reason why her wings are so big is because all the Earth fairies have big wings too
