Ask me what is needed for leaders of tommorrow?/
They need to have substance and never ever be hollow/
They need to be intelligent know the world as a whole/
And be eloquent to persuade different people's souls/
Broken from the mold, they have to have a heart of gold/
No matter the trial remain , courageous and bold/
Staying the course that means they are diligent/
Fight for their rights stand and be militant/
Diplomatic on both sides, forever cordial/
Thinking lives are important forever moral/
Fervent and steadfast and undeceivable/
With a credible past life, that is believable/
Considerate to the meek and also to the downtrodden/
Understanding to the living, and the people who have fallen/
They should be resourceful, their efforts never crumble/
No matter how strong, its important to be humble/
These are my traits, to bring about change/
We need to come together and relieve all our pain/ this world is sick,and are hearts have been mamed/
That is okay, the change starts within our brain/
I'll be the dozer, you be the crane/
We can steer this world from ending in a bunch of flames/
We'll look back at this building called change/
And I'll be an oldman smiling with a cane/
