u could say their senses are superior to ours, but more accuratly, their senses are just better adapted to their natural environment, because their environment isn't our environment. its not about being better than the other. it never is. its not about being better, its about adapting as closely as u can to your environment. those that can't , die.or suffer.

I have heard experts say that shark attacks are really by accident, on the shark's part. I tend to believe that because nobody is ever EATEN (shark taking second bites)by sharks... at least that I have ever heard of.
I did see on Discovery's "Shark Week" that there was an instance where one swam up the Mississippi River. Somehow it's liver (or whatever organ) adapted to fresh water.
A lot of percentages are tossed around about sharks, mine, 100% of the attacks are in the ocean!
