Liked this--nice pictures! Also nicely formatted--nearly all lines are easily readable, and well-spaced. It makes a nice video to point people to when I want to share the song with them.

Only note I have is that the 2nd line is actually "a bitter ruse", not a "a bitter root". And if you're stuck at trying to make the é in "cliché", try a program called AllChars--lets you insert accents into any program you type in, basically.

Oh yeah, I really loved the verses too! Very fitting. :)
