Owning a pre~owned PS3 console what doesn't work from EBGames Australia

i got a preowned PS3 on 29th April 2010 try it out on 30th April 2010 and nothing will work apart from WIFI and i got the PS3 from EBGames in Gosford, Central Coast, New South Wales, Australia

please don't buy second hand stuff from eb. and don't support eb at all PLEASE cause they swap 60 doller games for 15 buks then sell the same thing for 50 bucks. its realy bs.

maybe its not backwards compatible? have you tried a ps3 game?

@Ryuga575 Yes i did try a PS3 Game at a mates place the next day and nothing work i took it to EA Games at Westfield Tuggerah thay tryed it and it was broken so i got a new one

@kontrast1992 - the consoles and games go through testing before they are sold. if you have a problem with a preowned or new game/console that is not working you bring it back in and get a refund or a replacement. its easy. "they swap 60 doller games for 15 buks then sell the same thing for 50 bucks" this is called making a profit; its what happens in the retail industry. prices can be high due to wages, pre-owned and new game/console processes and other elements within the business.

im from NSW as well mate, I got me a preowned 40gb not long ago,works perfect. From EB as well.
