  • The only part of the body I have never worked out, so, thanks!

  • @PleaseGoAway1000

You are welcome! I know, it is strange that pure finger and wrist extension is not utilized, the reason so many people develop RSI's in their hands and elbows. Good luck with your exercises!

  • is it possible to order to UK?

  • @arseniyonline1234555

Yes. Just contact the company in the U.S. that you are wanting to buy from and I'm sure they'll sell and ship it to you.

  • Bro you're buff, do you workout?

  • @mit871chell

Thanks! Yes, I've been into bodybuilding for about 21 years now.

Stretching alone cannot correct an existing muscle imbalance, so the stiffness will remain. You need to perform exercises that strengthen the antagonist muscles (opposite) from those you are stretching. What types of exercises are you doing, and what are you using to perform them?

  • @stiggy12

Yes, you need to perform finger/wrist extension exercises so that the extensor muscles and tendons become stronger, shorter and tighter so that when the wrist is forced into hyperextension, the tendons glide out of the away and are not pinched in the radioulnar, carpal and carpometacarpal Joints. Plus, strengthening these muscles will help eliminate the laxity in these joints and make them much more stable.

  • hello, when doing push ups i get a pain in my right wrist would these exercise work.. Or do you know what would, any help???

  • @mitrama11

    PART-II

It can "snap" downward as it passes through the tendon sheath, and becomes "stuck", into the palm of the hand. As you try to extend it, it will "snap / jerk", often painfully, back into the extended, straight position.
