Ethanol fuel is to be introduced

Micro Company is taking initiatives to introduce Ethanol, a fuel which can be used at a less cost for the operation of vehicles.
President Rajapakse inspected a motor vehicle which runs with Ethanol at the parliamentary complex yesterday. Ethanol is being produced at the Pelwatta Sugar Company. A litre of Ethanol costs only 35 rupees. A notable feature is that several kilometres can be operated with a litre. Another feature is that Ethanol can be used for any diesel or patrol vehicle and is mainly an environmental friendly product. The President arrived at the parliamentary complex yesterday to present the budget in such a vehicle operated with Ethanol.
