WABC-TV Eyewitness News - New Music?

It certainly seems like it as tonight, WABC's Eyewitness News has unveiled new music for their 6PM newscasts only and this is only for the open, the close still uses the old music, perhaps this is a sign of many changes to come. This package is rumoured to be known as Eyewitness News New Generation 4. And it will eventually take over and replace all of the music they are using now which is known as Eyewitness News Series 4. The music starts at 0:09 . I'm an astute viewer of Channel 7 and that cut is definitely something I've never heard before. It is nice though, and is a smooth transition from their previous cut.
