PLEASE becarefull with shipping peanuts. They ARE deadly if ingested! Instead put bedding in a box... the bird will react the same way. We all love our birds and wouldn't want them to pass away!

My Female eclectus does that too. Execpt she digs in a huge pile of wrapping paper on Christmas. When she is done ripping open her present. (my other two males get presents too) She waddles over to the piles and digs right in....digging chewing you name it!

@ryannlag > Usually birds don't eat syrofoam, just chew it up into little pieces. That is what my bird does, but that is when I am done with my cup of noodle soup. But I will just let him chew on paper from now on just to be safe.
