Regardless of weather it's fake or not, I suspect that the intention was humor. However, having any person get mistreated isn't humorous, and one who is disabled even less so. Staging it doesn't make it humorous, it makes it less morally compromising.

However, our morally depraved society find the harm of others to be amusing weather physical or mental, and as such find those who call it as it is to be the problem and as such make them their next target of verbal abuse.
