To fix a damaged VHS tape, open the tape and make sure there is no grease on the tape and that it is not too wrinkles. Wind the wheel on a VHS tape until the tape goes back in with instructions from the owner of a TV and VCR repair shop in this free video on VCRs.

  • Well, I know how to solve all your problems! First, the Harry Potter video! You could probably buy it in a charity shop! The risky video that changed colour, try it and you can buy a new VCR for £40!

  • Professionally cleaning a video head is so easy, even a child could do it! You DO NOT need to take it in to do it! All you need to do is open up the video recorder, get some lighter fluid onto some printer paper, put it flat against the drum and manually rotate the drum about 10 turns. Turn the paper over and do the same again! There you have a professionally cleaned head! EASY!! Why he don't show you that is anybodies guess! Pure profiteering I guess.

  • my harry potter and the sorcer's stone vhs tape had a crack in the window where you see the reels. i put the tape in one time and it ate the tape and tape went everywhere :O this video didn't help me put it together again though :(
