Jesus wasn't without sin, for example he dishonered his parents repeatidly (John 2:1-4, Luke 2:48-49, Matt 12:46-49).

Jesus also didn't save the adulteress due to compassion, but due to being challenged, she was still just a sinner in his book, he himself encourages killing disobedient in Joh 15:6, Mat 18:6 and Matt 15:4, and condemn entire cities (Matt 11:21-23).
