  • sorry about everything you are going through but loved the pouting face!

  • lol thanks!

  • sorry you had to spend your fourth in the hospital...i'm also so sorry to hear about the latest blood clot. are you scared? i am always worried about getting a DVT. are you going to have surgery soon? i'm trying to lose weight on my own but i have a thyroid condition and it's hard. medical problems make it so very difficult, don't they? anyway, take it easy.

  • I'm not scared not at the moment anyways, but when I go back to the doctor and they tell me it hasn't passed, I might be scared lol I am sad more than anything, I am tired of having health issues =/

  • sorry to say, lovenox, coumidin (wafarin) are not fool proof. I've been fighting blood clots in my left left for 5 yrs now. Had two pulmonary embolism (almost didn't make it), BUT, it is much better than the alternative, which is almost certainly a shorter life. Its going to require frequent sonograms, some pain where the clots are. and it sucks. -->do you have an IFC filter (vena cava filter)? This can protect you from he nasty clots that like to move around.

  • lovenox is not fool proof, it doesn't prevent them 100% you should see a docotor ASAP and get an ultrasound on that leg

  • Wish you could lol

  • They don't hurt, but it leaves a burning sensation for a good hour afterwards.. maybe you didn't notice cus you were on pain meds lol

It sux, I couldn't do it last night, my husband had do it for me... poor guy :(

  • yes I know they told me when i used to get them in the hospital not to rub it.

  • I remember getting those in the hospital and it wasn't too bad. I think they would stick me in the lower abdomen "pooch" area, and it hardly hurt at all. Don't know if that helps at all, but thought I'd mention it. In any case, it stinks you have to do that. Chin up!
