Hi! First thank you for sharing,I will seek your advive, i am 43, 160 pounds over weight, with many heath conditions that come with that, diabetes, pressure, cholesterol,depression, ect...i feel my body decling and slowly dieing, i cant get active, cuz i hve bad bad knees, and huff n puff at a flight of stairs, yesterday my doctor said she wants me to have the band, luckly i am in canada, and its covered for me,i was naturally shocked, do i do it? so scaredm but so much want to feel healthy
