Try disabling auto exposure.

You missed one secret - lock your exposure! With automatic exposure every now and then you have the camera automatically changing exposure so the whole scene has "pumping", amateur style filming.

What sound effect are you refering to?

@jonvideo im referring to the one where you pull back the camera and zoom in, that but also sound effects in general. i'm tired of looking for sounds online. is there anything i can buy that'll be worth my money? or even free
