I think Neil Young left out: medicine man, apparition, Shaman and maybe a few other names. There has been absolutely no one like this guy over the past 40+ years. He is the quintessential original and I love him. He's always been a "musicians" musician. That's why they keyed in on people like Leon Russell and Springsteen. But the best part of it all, after 40+ years, 98% of the listening audience still has no idea, whatsoever, who he is. I'd give anything to be in on his Gene pool ...

This is just an aside, but I think it's so sweet to see how he talks about his wife Kathleen, even after being together over 30 years...

@TheBham54 Agreed. I'm obsessed with him and most of my friends don't get it. There's no one else like him. I joke that he is from another planet. Sometimes I wonder....

his music is definately an acquired taste but once your hooked, it's an addiction. I'm glad he's not for everyone, don't think that would sit well with him anyway....his recognition at the R&R Hall of Fame was more than justified, it was divine guidance

He's The Joker, if The Joker had decided to go into music instead of mayhem. Well maybe music AND mayhem.
